Heineken Office

The Heineken Office is a renovation project situated in the brewery's second-floor office space in Pingtung. Guided by the four brand values “Bright, Young, Warm, Welcoming,” the design concept of “Togetherness” transforms signature Heineken imagery—stars, bottle racks, and brewing tanks—into lighting, furniture, and ceiling structures. The layout includes flexible meeting spaces, open workstations, bottle-cap discussion tables, and a social lounge area, all equipped with movable furniture and lighting to support diverse modes of collaboration and work.

Incorporating BIM and ESG principles, the project utilizes 82.5% green-certified materials and full LED lighting. Accessibility and universal design were considered throughout, fostering a shared space that reflects both brand ethos and human sensibility. Ultimately, the design reimagines the old factory floor into a vibrant, people-centric workplace with rich cultural resonance.
