3D Hydraulic Hidden Hinge

The 3D hydraulic hidden hinge is specifically designed to address the core conflict between aesthetic invisibility and functional performance in high-end custom homes. With millimeter-level precision engineering, it features a 13mm ultra-wide edge margin and a 22mm ultra-shallow groove design, seamlessly integrating the door into the wall. It is equipped with our self-developed 6th-generation damping hydraulic system with steel shaft cores and energy-storage compression springs, extending the buffer stroke by 26 percent and increasing the closing torque by 38 percent. With its core load-bearing components crafted from high-density stainless steel and aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, the hinge enables automatic closure at angles below 85 degrees and hydraulic-assisted silent closure below 30 degrees with a lifespan of over 200,000 cycles of opening and closing.



Thanks to our proprietary 3D tolerance adjustment technology, the hinge allows three-dimensional adjustments (height: ±2.5mm, width: ±2mm, depth: ±1.5mm) through precision transmission structures such as eccentric cams and dual-threaded shaft cores to compensate for groove errors and precisely corrects door alignment. The 22mm-ultra-shallow groove only cuts into the door surface layer to protect the internal frame structure, while the 13mm-ultra-wide edge margin accommodates almost all commercial and residential door types, tackling the door frame-wall joint interference and supporting doors weighing up to 80kg.



The 3D hydraulic hidden hinge is fully embedded within the door-wall joint, with no surface protrusion, achieving a "hardware-free" visual effect that blends with minimalist decoration styles. Optimized through spatial algorithms, its asymmetrical high-low leg design reduces groove depth while enabling a 170-degree wide-angle opening, catering to users' demands for both ventilation and spatial integration.
