This 265m² real estate office in Linkou District, New Taipei City, was completed within a tight schedule of only 2.5 months. The design fufils the client's core requests: maximizing workstation capacity and adhering to feng shui principles. It also reflects the local context and the client's philosophy of harmonious business practices. Expansive glass curtain walls enhance the connection between indoors and outdoors, while materials such as red brick, framed glass, and cement coatings echo the architectural style of the nearby Asia American International Academy (AAIA). The reception counter, shaped like a small hill, subtly reference the terrain of Linkou plateau. Beyond enhancing spatial functionality, the design offers visitors a multisensory experience grounded in local aesthetics—far more than a simple space for property transactions.
