Compared to conventional triple-offset butterfly valves, this design offers significantly improved sealing, more flexible operation, and a lower wear rate, ensuring stable performance even during long-term operation. Its exceptionally wide operating range—from cryogenic LNG applications at -196°C to high-temperature conditions of up to 1100°C—enables it to serve critical sectors such as nuclear power, petrochemicals, aerospace, and renewable energy. This versatility makes it a single, unified technology capable of meeting a wide spectrum of extreme demands. The valve body is crafted from ANSI S31603 stainless steel, providing superior corrosion resistance and high strength to ensure stable operation in harsh environments and under extreme temperature fluctuations. Advanced manufacturing processes achieve a sealing face profile tolerance of just 0.01 mm and a mirror-finish surface roughness of Ra 0.156μm, ensuring every seal is precise and flawless. A protective chamfered design effectively prevents accidental damage during installation and maintenance, while the valve's aesthetic proportions and structural details meet the stringent requirements for high-pressure, high-temperature industrial equipment.
