The design project is centered on the theme of "Waves," inspired by the dynamic collision and fusion of ocean waves, which create layers of surging crests. This imagery symbolizes the convergence of multiple waves of culture, knowledge, music, and art. Located on the ground floor of the school, the project aims to create a multifunctional, vibrant, and inspiring space for learning and interaction, offering students a refreshing experience.

Within the atrium, the design is articulated through three distinctive thematic zones, each inspired by the concept of waves—Cultural Wave, Knowledge Wave, and Music & Art Wave. The Cultural Wave embodies flexibility and adaptability, with every piece of furniture thoughtfully designed to be movable. This allows the space to be easily transformed to suit a variety of needs, whether it be for workshops, events, or simply as a comfortable lounge for daily relaxation and informal gatherings. The atmosphere here encourages spontaneous interaction and fosters a sense of community among students.

The Knowledge Wave is dedicated to focused learning and academic pursuits. Two soundproof study pods are strategically placed within this zone, each lined with acoustic panels to ensure a quiet and undisturbed environment. These pods not only provide an ideal setting for individual study but can also be used as small classrooms for group discussions or tutorials, thereby maximizing the utility of the space.

The Music & Art Wave zone which serves as a vibrant hub for creative expression. A small stage is set up to host regular student performances, nurturing confidence and presentation skills. The proximity of musical instruments, including a piano, supports a range of artistic activities and encourages students to explore their talents in music and the arts.

The corridor walls and ceiling are finished in a vibrant yellow, symbolizing light and hope, dramatically transforming what was once a dim space. Graphic design on the walls showcases the outstanding achievements of school alumni in sports, including several who have joined the Hong Kong team, setting excellent examples for current students. This area also features an honors board for current students, encouraging active participation in sports and personal growth.
