This project involves the design of a luxury residential building with a total interior area of ​​250 square meters. Considering the owner's emphasis on the elegant design of a high-end residence, the design team not only met the basic living requirements but also ensured that the owner would feel an elegant and sophisticated living space upon returning home each day.

The core of the design was to create diverse functions within the space and showcase its grandeur, catering to the individual needs of each resident.

The owner's preference for golden tones and unique taste inspired the designers to incorporate elements and techniques such as marble, golden metal, and curved lines in the common areas. A light, bold palette is used as the foundation, complemented by darker accents, imbuing the living space with a sophisticated charm.

The designers also meticulously designed lighting and smart controls. High-tech, easy-to-clean surfaces were used to enhance the owner's quality of life.

In the common areas, the designers integrated the living room, dining room, and kitchen into an open-plan layout, creating a spacious and comfortable environment that fosters family interaction and a sense of belonging. This not only provides ample space for residents to move around, but also enhances their comfort and overall experience. It also reflects the owner's personal taste for understated luxury and elegance.
