This design seamlessly integrates office and hospitality spaces, presenting a cohesive exterior while maintaining distinct circulation paths. This approach symbolizes the balance between rationality and emotion. Using “light” as its architectural language, the design creates a physical environment that embodies the corporate spirit.

The two adjacent buildings consist of a hospitality center and an office area, designed to offer independent circulation while achieving visual cohesion. The hospitality center serves multiple functions—exhibition, negotiation, and display—utilizing natural light to guide visitor movement and enhance brand identity. The office area features meeting spaces, light meal preparation areas, and work zones, with minimal partition walls to promote an open, fluid environment. As light and shadow shift throughout the day, the architecture appears to breathe and evolve alongside its occupants, creating a dynamic interaction between space and users.

The lobby of the hospitality venue prominently features a large, curved reception desk that is suspended from the ceiling, serving as a significant visual focal point. A designated seating lounge in the corner allows guests to closely engage with the surrounding greenery. The promotional display area within the center operates as a flexible exhibition space. The use of movable furniture enhances adaptability, accommodating various events, including book clubs and small exhibitions. The hospitality venue comprises three VIP rooms, which are designed as formal meeting spaces intended for client discussions. The tea-colored long rain glass doors provide a careful balance between light transmission and privacy.

The first-floor meeting area is oriented toward the outdoors and is enhanced by the presence of low-growing olive trees, which preserve a connection to nature while ensuring unobstructed views toward the second floor. The second-floor office area maintains the aesthetic established on the first floor, featuring red travertine and wood grain elements in its cabinetry and wall finishes. The inclusion of floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights ensures abundant natural light and views of the surrounding greenery, thereby creating a comfortable environment akin to being outdoors.
