Rather than relying on rare or environmentally burdensome natural resources, the project employs innovative, sustainable materials that reinterpret the visual richness once exclusive to luxury finishes. Translucent composite panels recreate the depth, refraction, and layered texture of natural stone, while sintered slabs with precision transfer-film technology offer the veining and tonal elegance of marble. These choices significantly reduce environmental impact and cost, yet provide comparable visual authenticity, durability, and tactile comfort.



Addressing the growing prevalence of multigenerational living, the project adopts a design language rooted in “balanced aesthetics”—a contemporary reinterpretation of moderation that harmonizes varying age groups, lifestyle habits, and cultural expectations. Each family member is provided a clearly defined private zone, while generous communal spaces support work, reading, gatherings, relaxation, and entertainment. By removing unnecessary partitions between key functional areas, the spatial flow becomes open and breathable, enhancing daylight, sightlines, and a shared sense of belonging. This openness ensures that returning home—whether from school, work, or daily errands—naturally transitions into a holistic living experience that is calm, connected, and restorative.
