The Titanium-Fragrant Iron Wok redefines the standard of healthy and durable cookware through comprehensive innovations in material science and structural design.

Guided by the principle of “reinventing healthy cooking from the material level,” this wok integrates three core technologies. The T+T Titanium-Iron Fusion introduces a precise ratio of titanium into molten iron, creating an exceptionally dense material through molecular-level purification and reinforcement. This raises the melting point by 130°C compared to traditional iron woks, ensuring inherent safety and integrity even under high-temperature cooking. The SuperDeeper deep nitriding process permeates the metal surface with active nitrogen atoms at 500–600°C, forming a hardened iron nitride layer. A precisely controlled oxidation step then creates a 25µm-thick ferriferrous oxide layer for rust resistance. Test results confirm zero rust after 365 days of full water immersion and a hardness 20 times that of aluminum, demonstrating outstanding corrosion and abrasion resistance. The advanced LotusNano Bionic™ non-stick technology leverages a micro-boiling oil film to create a vacuum effect between food and the wok, enabling smooth, low-oil cooking—completely free from chemical coatings.

Structurally, the wok handle is ergonomically designed with a finger positioning groove and a 7mm front-end heat-insulating wall, offering a secure grip and reliable protection during vigorous tossing. The wok body is optimized for efficient thermal performance, with a 1.8mm thick base and 0.6mm thin walls formed by CNC spinning for even heat distribution and noticeably reduced smoke. In addition, the high-arch lid and deep steam rack provide 13cm of usable height, easily accommodating a whole chicken or multi-tier dim sum—making it fully suited to a wide range of Chinese cooking techniques.
