Petsify is an end-to-end user experience system centered on pet healthcare and e-commerce for pet supplies. By integrating medical appointments with retail shopping, it redefines the digital experience in the pet industry—offering pet owners a seamless, all-in one online shopping and appointment experience.

In terms of design philosophy, Petsify establishes an emotionally engaging experience system built around the pet. Moving away from the traditional product-driven model, Petsify adopts a pet-centered approach, using pets as the central logic for the information layout. Once registered, users receive personalized recommendations based on their pets’ species, age, and health records, forming a closed-loop system that connects medical services, product shopping, and daily care. The holistic “human-pet-service” framework enhances decision-making efficiency and strengthens user trust.

The core value of the project lies in optimizing the pet product online shopping experience. In terms of navigation architecture and information layout, Petsify restructures the categorization of pet products and medical services using a multi-layered filter based on species, scenario, and need. Its intelligent comparison mechanism supports seamless cross-brand and cross-function comparisons, increasing information transparency. The progressive checkout flow, with step-by-step guidance and contextual prompts, effectively minimizes drop-off rates and ensures a smoother purchasing experience. Moreover, Petsify builds a cohesive visual and interaction language that ensures consistency across different contexts. The medical interface adopts soft neutral tones and orderly layouts to convey professionalism and reliability, while the retail interface uses warm colors and friendly illustrations to foster a sense of companionship and emotional bonding with pets. A consistent component library and navigation architecture minimize cognitive load during transitions between appointments and shopping, delivering an intuitive and seamless shopping experience throughout the platform.
