JINCHU INVEST CHENYUAN DEMONSTRATION ZONE

Located in Xiangyang, a historic city shaped by a thousand years of Chu–Han culture, the project adopts the core design vision of “infusing cultural spirit into bespoke living.” Rather than allowing architecture to become a mere spatial container, the design seeks to ensure that every gesture carries cultural memory and the ideals of refined living.



Cultural Expression

The project draws deeply from the essence of Chu culture, using the Chu palace complex as its formal prototype. Extracting the spiritual qualities of dignity, order, and reverence, the design incorporates cultural elements such as a screen wall shaped like a traditional scroll and the oriental spatial motif of “Four Waters Return to the Hall.” These elements introduce ritual and cultural resonance into the homecoming sequence, allowing residents to experience a sense of cultural rootedness in daily life.



Functional Innovation

Guided by a people-centered approach, the façade follows the principle of “classic as structure, modern as spirit.” The 50-meter-wide main entrance adopts a three-courtyard layout to create a hotel-grade arrival experience, while the elevated corridor system ensures a “rain-free journey home,” balancing aesthetics with practicality and integrating understated elegance into everyday living.



Material Selection

Anchored in the principles of “quality first and environmental responsibility,” the material palette—from premium exterior stone to Beige Giallo marble and luxury stone in the entrance sequence—has been meticulously selected. Each material ensures both refined tactility and long-term durability while meeting green-building standards. The project ultimately achieves a triad of cultural resonance, functional innovation, and material excellence, establishing a timeless benchmark for bespoke residential architecture.
