This project is an innovative wellness product that fuses music therapy with aromatherapy, co-created by Shanghai Mental Health Center (a top-tier Class A tertiary hospital and National Medical Center) and Tongshuo Med+. It is built around a 12×12×12 system: 12 emotions, 12 psychological interpretations, 12 original healing music tracks, and 12 corresponding scents. The lead psychotherapist behind the content has conducted tens of thousands of clinical psychotherapy sessions. Each audio track is custom-designed for a specific emotional state, and, together with tailored fragrance profiles, delivers a fully multi-sensory therapeutic experience. All 12 compositions have been officially copyrighted and are being prepared for publication and global distribution.

The design process is grounded in psychological theory, olfactory memory mechanisms, and music therapy models, ultimately forming a three-dimensional experiential framework of “Emotion – Scent – Sound Wave.” On the packaging level, the outer box adopts an emoji-inspired visual language, assigning a distinct facial expression to each emotion. This helps users quickly recognize and associate each candle with a specific emotional state, while adding a layer of playful, accessible emotional expression to the overall healing journey.
