Greentown & Binjiang River Collection (Hangzhou) stands atop the surging tide of the Qiantang Olympic Sports Center. Leveraging its innate topographical advantage, it embraces the river breeze and maritime charm, capturing all the unique gifts bestowed by the changing seasons and times.

Tapped to design the project’s clubhouse space and the 350㎡ Tide Mansion unit, HWCD has integrated the sophisticated craftsmanship DNA of Binjiang and Greentown with French aesthetic philosophy. It strikes a delicate balance between oriental elegance and Shanghai-style sophistication in every detail, weaving cultural implications into daily routines, and thus depicting a concise yet poised life picture for the distinguished figures of the era.
