ONE SINO RESIDENCES

Located in the core area of the One Sino Financial Business District, this project leverages extensive green spaces to the south and east. Guided by the core philosophy of "Nature Integration, Art Symbiosis", it creates seamless, boundary-defying living spaces that flow between interior and exterior environments. Externally, the project is surrounded by parkland in a nearly 1:1 ratio to built area. Internally, it features a multi-nodal garden community. Through the continuation and reinterpretation of natural textures, it achieves organic unity between architecture and environment.

Drawing inspiration from the Patek Philippe Nautilus watch's concept of "collecting moments in time," the design digitally translates biomorphic aesthetics and Fibonacci curves into a distinctive spatial order. Shaping artistic living scenes through international aesthetic standards. Creating boundless natural habitats through ecological principles. Expressing fashionable dynamism through a forward-looking perspective. Through the synergy of three dimensions, Nature, Art, and Space, the project establishes an aesthetic community with timeless collecting value.

The spatial form employs a fluid, surrealist design language, utilizing Fibonacci curves to shape dynamic visual experiences. Material selections draw inspiration from the Nautilus texture: walls feature beige stone, complemented by Kuban green luxury stone and gold decorative lines, forming an elegant, warm color palette. A ceremonial entrance featuring centripetal water features and a "time dial" installation. Curved corridors frame natural views, creating living picture frames. Curvilinear forms and mirrored water features create a floating, ethereal space. Drawing from Impressionist techniques, it features petal-shaped pergolas and floral compositions as an immersive ecological theater.

Through precise aesthetic reconstruction and integration of ecological technology, the project explores the symbiotic relationship between time, nature, and art. It offers high-end urban residents a living experience that combines ecological value with artistic depth. The key innovation lies in integrating spiral geometric aesthetics into landscape design. Through parametric design techniques, it attains artistic translation of natural forms and maintains harmony between architecture and environment.
