The design combines crisp white surfaces with black cabinetry, while gray-toned furnishings and facade elements introduce subtle visual transitions that enrich the spatial layering. Through the thoughtful balance of hard finishes and soft furnishings, the residence achieves a contemporary aesthetic that feels refined yet inviting.
Finished the TV feature wall in a misty gray artistic coating with a subtle gloss texture that responds beautifully to changing natural light. As daylight filters through sheer curtains and blinds, shifting shadows gently reveal the wall’s delicate material character, quietly reflecting the homeowners’ calm and understated personalities.
An open-plan arrangement connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen further amplifies the sense of openness within the compact apartment. This seamless spatial flow allows the busy homeowners to fully relax within an environment that feels spacious, cohesive, and deeply aligned with their personal lifestyle and aesthetic sensibilities, creating a home that is both visually elegant and emotionally comforting.
To accommodate the homeowner's extensive clothing storage needs, the designer positioned a freestanding wardrobe beside the dining area near the entryway. Opposite it, an L-shaped floor-to-ceiling storage system extends from the raised platform, creating a cohesive and highly functional storage arrangement. Tucked discreetly into the corner is a compact hanging area that allows residents to conveniently change clothes immediately upon returning home.
Adjacent to the TV feature wall, we set up a custom display cabinet with integrated recessed lighting that fulfilled their request. Black glass cabinet doors conceal the displayed items when the lights are off, revealing treasured collections only when illuminated — a subtle detail that reflects their understated and refined lifestyle.
Within the private areas, storage continues to play a central role in the spatial design. In addition to a full-wall dressing room system, we integrated cabinetry along both sides of the foot of the bed in the master bedroom. The cabinet doors feature a double circular cutout design inspired by their favored gaming controllers, subtly incorporating personal interests into the interior details.
