About The Entry

Enterprise software decisions are made by committees. They just don't look like it — they look like a legal thread in email, a finance tab in Excel, an IT comment buried in a shared doc, and a procurement manager chasing everyone for a status update.

Quorum is a buying room platform that puts all of it in one place. Each evaluation lives in its own shared workspace, anchored to the product being assessed. Stakeholders join, complete their role-specific checklist, review contract status, and cast a vote — with AI summaries of legal documents updated automatically so nobody's working off a stale redline.

The committee verdict bar sits at the centre of every buying room: a live read on how many people have approved, raised concerns, or haven't weighed in yet. Deadlines, blockers, and open questions surface without anyone having to ask.

A Finance Lead sees payment terms and TCO analysis. Legal sees DPA flags and open redlines. Same room — just filtered to what actually matters for each person's sign-off.

Quorum doesn't try to simplify the decision. It just makes sure the right people have what they need to make it.
