Nestled within a lush landscape, the project embraces a modern minimalist architectural language that harmonizes with its natural surroundings. Vertical exterior fins articulate the facade, ensuring privacy while admitting soft, diffused daylight and promoting interaction between the building and greenery. Inside, an open layout with extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing blurs the line between indoor and outdoor spaces, framing views of courtyards and pools and allowing residents to engage with the changing landscape.

A double-height staircase with suspended wooden treads and mirrored walls extends spatial perception vertically and facilitates natural light circulation, becoming a central visual focal point. The ground floor integrates living, dining, kitchen, and study areas into an open plan, supporting family interaction and flexible social gatherings. Custom cabinetry and integrated wall systems balance storage, display, and spatial neatness. Upper-floor bedrooms, some with terraces, introduce daylight and greenery into private areas. Grille partitions in the children’s room maintain transparency while creating safe, engaging spaces.

The material palette combines warm wood, matte off-white walls, and light gray stone to create a serene base, while subtle furniture accents add warmth, vitality, and layered texture. To maintain coziness in open-plan spaces, gentle zoning is applied through carpets, low partitions, and varied floor materials. Extensive glazing maximizes natural light and reduces artificial energy use. The design integrates architecture with landscape, fostering a strong connection with nature even in an urban setting.

Guided by minimalist principles, open spatial planning, and a focus on coexistence with nature, the residence balances functionality with aesthetic refinement. It addresses diverse lifestyle needs, harmonizing privacy and openness while creating a cohesive relationship between built spaces and the natural environment.
