About The Entry

Drawing inspiration from the traditional ritual of "grooming before a mirror," this collection seamlessly integrates Eastern aesthetics into the modern bathroom. The design language revolves around the interplay of starry light and shadow, lacquer-work, mother-of-pearl (nacre) inlays, and screen elements. By merging natural materials and intangible heritage crafts with modern storage systems, it redefines the daily act of grooming. Beyond mere functional efficiency, the product serves as a vessel for cultural experience and emotional value, harmonizing utility, beauty, and cultural identity within a compact space. The product adopts the minimalist proportions of the Song Dynasty, utilizing restrained lines to highlight the intrinsic beauty of the materials. The Patagonia marble countertop, translucent ALPI wood veneer, and lacquer-and-nacre handles create a striking contrast—balancing cold and warm, light and shadow—to add rich visual depth to the space. The tri-fold mirror draws from the structure of traditional Chinese screens, sharing a unified design language with the handles. This ensures that cultural elements are integrated into the core architecture rather than remaining superficial decorations, resulting in a product image that is both modern and distinctly Oriental. Designed around daily user habits, the product systematically optimizes the mirror, storage, and cleaning experience. The tri-fold mirror supports multi-angle adjustment, providing a comprehensive view of the front, sides, and back, while hidden cabinet storage enhances retrieval efficiency. An integrated natural marble countertop, featuring a seamless basin and splash guard, simplifies maintenance and keeps the surface pristine. Multi-tiered drawers offer zoned management for skincare, makeup, and haircare products; specifically, the dedicated compartment for hair tools streamlines the user’s movements, ensuring a more efficient and organized experience in limited spaces.
