Centering on "Redesigning Trust," this project is dedicated to breaking down the coldness and anxiety traditional medical spaces often evoke. Stepping out from the psychological needs of patients, the design team integrated brand identity, spatial wayfinding, digital platforms, and service workflows to forge a brand-new medical experience that balances clinical professionalism with human warmth.
The visual highlight merges the universally understood "OK gesture" with eyeball imagery to convey a reassuring tone of "everything is OK," which is further developed into a modular visual acuity chart graphic system applied throughout the entire venue. In terms of palette, clean white, blue, and aqua green build a professional baseline, complemented by a warm orange IP plush doll that provides tangible emotional companionship during children’s treatments and surgical operations.
The project successfully transforms a serious clinical relationship into a soft, secure experience, making the healthcare journey clearer and highly legible. Ultimately, the design extends to mobile medical vehicles traveling to remote areas, using a highly recognizable visual language to reach under-resourced regions—proving that design can serve as a sustainable medium for professional medical care, psychological support, and social responsibility.
