About The Entry

This sofa combines modern minimalist aesthetics with Chinese design principles of simplicity and nature, bringing a warm atmosphere to contemporary living spaces.

Following the principle of “less is more,” the sofa removes the ornate carvings and bulky proportions often seen in traditional new-Chinese-style solid wood furniture. Instead, it highlights the smooth and soft lines of natural wood, allowing solid wood furniture to appear lighter and integrate naturally into modern interiors. The sofa follows the golden proportion of “70% upholstery and 30% wood frame” to reduce the visual heaviness. Details such as subtly tapered wooden bars, rounded edges, and slender solid wood legs further lighten the visual weight of the sofa, eliminating the bulky impression often associated with traditional solid wood furniture. In addition, the natural warm tone of walnut wood is balanced with the refined texture of the upholstery fabric, creating a harmonious contrast between warmth and coolness. This combination improves stain resistance for daily use and creates a premium and soothing visual impression.

To enhance the seating experience, the sofa carefully adjusts the proportions of the armrests, wooden legs, and seat depth. The combination of curved and straight lines is designed to provide stable support and comfortable wrapping feel. The high-resilience pressure-relieving upholstery works together with the solid wood frame to follow the natural contours of the body, providing balanced support for the waist and hips. In addition, the sofa is made with healthy, odor-free eco-friendly materials to ensure a safe home environment at the source. Through refined mortise-and-tenon joinery and meticulous craftsmanship, the wooden structure achieves enhanced stability, effectively reducing the risk of cracking in solid wood frames and extending the product’s service life. By prioritizing durability and high quality for long-term use, the sofa reflects a sustainable design philosophy.
