Wyndham Hotel in Dalian Zhongtian

The project is a multi-format commercial complex, adjacent to the Wanda Plaza in the Jinpu New Area of Dalian. The location with convenient transportation, surrounded by numerous scenic spots and well-equipped with urban infrastructure, including schools, banks, hospitals, markets and entertainment facilities. It is expected to become a new landmark in the Jinpu New Area. With a total construction area exceeding 30,000 square meters, the hotel consists of 17 floors, offering over 300 guest rooms. Additionally, it features large banquet halls, meeting rooms, specialty restaurants, a spacious bathing center, an indoor temperature-controlled swimming pool, a gym and indoor golf facility and other leisure and entertainment facilities .

In the interior design, we focus on reflecting the vibrancy and warmth of Dalian, the image of the beautiful coastal city. Curved elements are prominently used in the design of public areas, extending from the ceilings, walls, to the floors. These flowing curves create a sense of space reminiscent of flowing water, winding coastlines, and undulating mountain ridges. The overall use of black, white, and gray tones strikes a perfect balance between serenity and dynamism, adding a touch of tranquility to the movement. These curves also serve as the dynamic flow of the entire space, naturally distributing different functional areas, achieving a well-thought-out layout that is neither rigid nor chaotic.

The hotel’s dining spaces prioritize culture and quality over extravagance. The banquet hall, for example, emphasizes the use of soft furnishings and sound, light, and electronics to create a unique spatial ambiance, while reducing construction costs. In the guest rooms, we adopt a minimalist approach to the hard furnishings, enhancing user-friendly design through lighting and smart controls to create a comfortable and cozy resting space. Overall, the hotel exudes an air of sophistication without extravagance, welcoming guests from all corners with its unique charm.
