Preeminence Technology Hotel

This is a hotel architecture concept design with aviation technology as the theme. The design site is located in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, China, with a beautiful river view around the site. An innovation industrial park will be built on the east side of the site in the future, which is expected to bring considerable traffic to the hotel. The site is adjacent to a number of high-speed sections, and the transportation is convenient. There are no hotels with similar functions around the site, so this design has a certain market foresight.

On the important urban display surface, the designer combined the aviation theme to create a rich aviation exhibition area and related supporting facilities, so that the whole hotel's sense of technology and future is more intense. As the site has good natural landscape resource conditions, the designer adopts the design mode of single corridor to maximize each guest room has a good view of the landscape, can maximize the use of existing natural landscape resources, and also bring good lighting and ventilation effects to the building.

The atmospheric image and delicate details of the building blend in with the surrounding natural environment. In terms of the layout of the building, the designer used the "flying birds" as the basis of the form design, which both fits the shape of the site and is consistent with the theme of the hotel's wish to showcase high-tech development. Through the extension of the landscape walkway, the designer connects the site with the natural landscape across the road. The designers set up a flying club on the top floor of the hotel to provide a place for aviation staff to relax and mingle. Moreover, the designer carefully uses unique glass and rich lighting design in the appearance of the hotel, making the entire building appear more dazzling at night and become a city landmark.
