Situated on the top floor of Zunbao Building, the hotel presented a unique challenge due to the lack of an independent entrance. To streamline the flow, an independent VIP elevator was coordinated, directly leading to the sky lobby. The entire project was conceptualized as an aerial "courtyard," creating an exquisite and luxurious "secluded leisure" space in the urban center.

Woodwork and wall panels were custom-made by different factories and installed on-site to shorten the construction period and reduce environmental pollution caused by on-site production. All shapes were constructed using mortise and tenon joints, allowing for disassembly and assembly without damaging the items. This laid a solid foundation for quick, convenient, and efficient maintenance during later operation. Furthermore, to practice the design concept of green sustainability, the project recycled a large amount of waste wood from the woodwork. Corner wood materials were crafted into art and craft items or daily utensils, while wood chips were processed into composite boards for use, offering a higher quality compared to conventional composite boards and emanating a natural wood fragrance.

The hotel, guided by classical Chinese cultural elements, had its main ceiling structure hand-painted and fired by a master craftsman from Jingdezhen. The ceiling pattern drew inspiration from the design of "Double Phoenix Playing with Peonies" in the Forbidden City in Beijing, condensing noble and harmonious imagery into unique spiritual connotations, interpreting the cultural appeal of traditional Chinese craftsmanship in a unique artistic language.

Tables, chairs, and decorations were developed based on Ming-style furniture, tailored to modern ergonomic principles. All wood was imported Burmese rosewood, with a unique color and texture precipitated through processes such as steaming, drying, and polishing, followed by 13 stages of manual painting using nationally certified environmentally friendly paint. The entire production process used mortise and tenon craftsmanship without a single nail, ensuring health and environmental protection, and the items were ready for use upon completion. Soft furnishings and decorative paintings were selected from the owner's years of collected treasures, enhancing the quality throughout the space and allowing art to radiate humanistic significance in interaction with people.
