This eyewear series is designed in adherence to the minimalist philosophy, employing an innovative screwless hinge construction that leverages lightweight metal to create a comfortable and durable product. The design team took inspiration from the traditional Eastern mortise and tenon structures to create the patented screwless hinge design, ensuring structural security without additional connecting materials and avoiding using hazardous substances such as glue in keeping with modern environmental protection concepts. The unique structure design affords the arms of the eyewear a 180° spread, making it suitable for all kinds of face shapes. Additionally, the 3D gravity-balanced earpieces and wrap-around eyewear arms enhance the wearing comfort. The eyewear series is available in bio-thin steel with a thickness of 0.6mm and a corrosion-resistant titanium alloy, offering the benefits of being lightweight and high strength, with a weight of only 16 g. The soft and skin-friendly biomimetic silicone nose pads significantly reduce the discomfort of long-time wearing. The nylon front rims of the eyewear series are replaceable and removable, enabling users to mix and match to suit their moods and occasions for a customized wearing experience. Further, the IP electroplating process on the surface of the frame provides the eyewear with a wide range of colour options to meet users' aesthetic preferences.
