Qingzhao Mansion

The Qingzhao Mansion design concept of "symbiosis of preferences" is an innovative approach that integrates the aesthetic preferences of all people, regardless of age and sex, into the materials, colours, and spatial layout to create a colourful yet harmonious home space. The design team chose not to adhere to the traditional single-design style. Instead, they opted for Italian LAMINAM rock slabs with Chinese blue-green colour for the parlour area, combining the peaceful and refreshing Chinese tones with the luxurious texture of Western materials. This unique approach exemplifies the beauty of cultural fusion. The well-regulated furniture layout and the reserved wood colour create a reception atmosphere that is orderly-settled but not gaudy, luxurious but not flashy.

The lounge area adopts a simple but not monotonous design approach, considering the comfort needs of family members. It uses basic and bright colour matching and a large glass window design to create a relaxing and warm resting environment that meets the owner's pursuit of a high quality of life. The interior design work fully considers the needs of each family member, retaining the essence of the Chinese home style while integrating Western modernist elements. This clever blending of individuality and commonality, tradition and modernity, perfectly suits the home concept of modern people.
