The designer of this luxury residence creates a unique living environment that stands out from others. Instead of using excessive decoration, the designer opts for simple lines and a transparent pattern to organize the space. This results in a living environment that is pure and uncluttered. Also, natural textures are introduced, allowing light and shadow, greenery, wood, and stone to appear in the room, thus giving the living space a sensory experience of tranquility. Despite being in the midst of a bustling city, the residents still have a peaceful place to retreat to, where they can clear their minds and appreciate the beauty of life.

This project has been designed to enhance the livability of the space by expanding the spatial scale of the shared living area with an open concept and an adjustable island and dining table. These features are intended to serve the needs of the owner as well as accommodate the space requirements of their guests during gatherings. The overall space is predominantly characterized by light white and warm wood tones, which work together to create a harmonious and serene atmosphere, thereby promoting a quiet and peaceful living experience.

This project is focused on putting people first. The spatial structure, layout and functional configuration have been planned with the residents' life trajectory in mind. From the appropriate layout, movement and window arrangement, to the functional design that meets the needs of the residents, everything has been designed to provide the best living experience possible. For instance, the open-plan dining room features a retractable center island table to accommodate the needs of friends and family when they visit.

This designer deliberately avoids the usual approach of decorating luxury homes with ornate and heavy adornments to highlight their lavish and refined qualities. Instead, a subtractive design method was employed to plan the space. The design starts with a modern and simple style, and then incorporates details such as sculptural lighting, textured furniture, and material textures to add depth and layers. This enhances the seemingly unadorned space, creating a new interpretation of what a luxury home can be.
