Urban Pallets is an innovative project aiming to revolutionize outdoor landscape furniture by drawing inspiration from the industrial storage pallets commonly used in historic Brooklyn warehouses. At the contemporary actively used industrial site in Brooklyn, the outdoor space has been utilized as part of the urban life and engages local residents.

Urban Pallets consists of a series of wood outdoor seating platforms crafted from high-quality, weather-resistant materials. The wood seating pallet is made of thermally modified wood and powder coated steel. Each platform is designed with industrial taste yet inviting and comfortable adjustment on dimension to inspire urban industrial life. The design replicates the "stacking" pallets and random rotation while using simple elements. Different heights and levels of "stacking" creates opportunities for different types of interaction. These seating pallets are oversized than regular urban furniture and respond to the industrial site. The layout of the furniture also grants ADA access.

By embracing the essence of Brooklyn's industrial past, Urban Pallets celebrates the site's unique cultural heritage while ushering in a new era of modern outdoor living.
