The burner is mounted on a loading rack that can be automatically positioned by factory operators through remote control. The combustion process begins with liquid methanol stored in a tank, which is then pumped to the burner. There, the methanol undergoes gasification, reforming into hydrogen and carbon monoxide. These chemical components not only burn efficiently but also produce minimal waste, maximizing energy utilization.

The storage and transportation safety of liquid fuels are critical in industrial production. Lindy Hydrogen Energy Burner features a robust aluminum-cast body weighing four tons, reinforced with multiple steel panels to ensure both durability and operational safety. For potential leak-prone areas such as pipe fittings and methanol pumps, we have incorporated self-developed patented technologies. Through high-standard design and manufacturing, the safety and stability of the burner during use are guaranteed. Additionally, a top maintenance access panel has been specifically designed for easy maintenance and inspection. Notably, a fully automatic sliding rack adds an automation feature to this burner. It facilitates the loading and unloading of the burner remotely controlled by operators, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and flexibility.
