This project is set within a model home—a space that bridges the aspirations of an ideal household with the practicalities of everyday living. With “framing” as the theme, the designer drew inspiration from the site’s rich cultural surroundings to craft a spatial language that is both refined and contemporary. Lines and frames are used as organizing tools to define zones and establish a clear sense of structure, creating a spatial composition where rationality and emotion coexist in layered harmony.

Ceiling lines extend the visual depth of the space, while black-framed doors articulate circulation paths with clarity and elegance. This linear logic results in a refined balance between aesthetic appeal and functional flow.

Beyond the black-framed detailing, the design also responds thoughtfully to the diverse demands of modern living, with an open-plan living and dining area, a visually expressive walk-in wardrobe, and a study space that flexes between serenity and dynamism. The lines in this home don’t just frame space—they outline blueprints for future dreamers, offering a spatial narrative that feels both grounded and full of possibility.
