Chongqing TV Center Renewal Project - Digital Film and Television Cultural and Creative Base

As a benchmark urban renewal project, the Digital Film and Television Cultural and Creative Base is developed on the site of the former Chongqing Color TV Center. Located in the core area of Yuzhong District, with a total construction area of approximately XX0,000㎡, the base is positioned around "digital film & television + cultural creativity", integrating diverse formats such as film and television production, IP incubation, copyright trading, talent training, and cultural tourism experiences. While preserving the industrial style of the original broadcasting buildings, the project undergoes intelligent renovation and spatial reconstruction to create an industrial complex featuring professional facilities like 4K/8K film studios, virtual shooting studios, digital editing centers, and cultural creative incubation laboratories.

Not only serving as the first full-process digital film and television production base in Southwest China, it also acts as a creative hub linking film IP with urban cultural tourism. By hosting events such as international film festivals, film IP markets, and immersive drama exhibitions, the base promotes deep integration of "film & television + cultural tourism + commerce", fueling Chongqing’s mission to build a "Western Film Capital".
