Derived from the word “celestial,” CELESTIA embodies an elevated sanctuary—an ethereal realm offering sweeping, uninterrupted views from above. Located within the 677-hectare master-planned mountain township of Timberland Heights in San Mateo, Rizal, Philippines, the development is conceived in collaboration with AECOM, Joel Luna Planning and Design, H1 Architecture, and Inspira Design, guided by the principle of 'designing with the land, not over it'.
Set on naturally sloping terrain 250–350 meters above sea level, Celestia benefits from a cooler climate, stronger wind flow, and dual vistas of the Sierra Madre mountain range and the Metro Manila skyline. Respect for the landform anchors the masterplan: instead of reshaping the site, road networks and residential lots follow existing contours, allowing homes to sit lightly on the terrain while maximizing view corridors. Select lots at higher elevations are positioned for unobstructed panoramas, giving future residents the experience of living above the city.
Covering 19 hectares, Celestia allocates 35% of its land to open space—well beyond typical house-and-lot standards. A central park, view decks, nature trails, and pocket gardens are integrated throughout the development to create a walkable, low-density community where breathing space and greenery are not amenities, but a way of life.
At Celestia, life rises—literally and figuratively. It offers a highland retreat just minutes from Quezon City, Manila, where one can slow down, reconnect with nature, and come home each day to limitless horizons.
