Centered on the vision of “Urban Effortless Living,” the project reshapes community life through the “Three Zeros and Five Senses” strategy. It breaks conventional spatial boundaries to create an open, interconnected block form where living, socializing, leisure, and cultural scenarios merge naturally. Through scenario-based planning, it fosters spontaneous connections between people and space, expressing a lifestyle attitude beyond mere residential function.

Functionally, the project responds precisely to diverse user needs by constructing a multi-layered spatial system. Spaces such as the slow-living gourmet studio, the dynamic cycling hub, the hybrid social lounge, the children’s exploration cabin, and the balanced fitness studio each combine dedicated functions with flexible adaptability. Features like 24-hour self-service borrowing further integrate convenience into daily life, supporting leisure, social interaction, parent-child activities, and cultural engagement.

Aesthetically, the design emphasizes a harmonious coexistence of materials, light, and nature. Warm wood, sleek metal, and minimalist concrete achieve balance through contrast. Large greenery elements and transparent glass introduce outdoor scenery into interiors, creating flowing natural frames. Soft light and shadow shape a serene atmosphere, while geometric forms and natural textures convey a refined yet relaxed experience.

Design highlights center on merging space with emotional experience. “Zero Boundary” dissolves the divide between indoor and outdoor; “Zero Pressure” alleviates social burden; and “Zero Distance” restores a sense of community closeness. The five-sense experience transforms spaces into carriers of emotional value. Human-centered details—such as integrated equipment and rounded safety elements—enhance comfort and care.

The project addresses functional complexity, material balance, and dynamic social scenarios through transparent partitions, modular seating, and decentralized layouts that allow seamless transitions between different functions. Sustainability is embedded through durable materials, multifunctional spatial reuse, abundant greenery, and the integration of natural elements to reduce energy consumption.

By offering open, diverse, and inclusive spaces, the project strengthens neighborhood connections, enriches community culture, and fosters a vibrant and interconnected urban ecosystem.
