About The Entry

Galaxy Trail weaves a narrative spanning a thousand years, merging the romanticism of Dunhuang’s "Flying Apsaras" and the ancient wisdom of the 28 Lunar Mansions with the precision of modern spacecraft and lunar bases. By reifying the ancient "Heaven and Earth" worldview alongside modern aerospace spirit, this set transcends typical IP merchandise. It creates a triple cultural resonance: the pride of contemporary aerospace achievements, the legacy of astronomical heritage, and the emotional warmth of the Mid-Autumn reunion. The visual identity is defined by the high-contrast pairing of deep Klein Blue and silver-plated ceramic. The abyssal blue glaze symbolizes the infinite void of space, while the shimmering silver accents pay homage to modern industrial civilization. The streamlined, orbital silhouette utilizes a spherical magnetic assembly to create a stable geometric system. The warmth of the porcelain and the cold precision of the metallic luster complement each other, resulting in a futuristic yet soulful piece of home art. The functional centerpiece is the "Waxing Moon" interactive design. Leveraging the principles of liquid optical refraction, the moon phase at the base of the cup "grows" from a crescent to a full moon as the liquid level rises. This poetic fusion of science and art captures the core essence of the Mid-Autumn Festival—reunion. It transforms the act of pouring into a ritualistic light-and-shadow performance, offering a profound emotional reward that goes beyond mere utility. Setting itself apart from traditional static glassware, this set features a patented modular magnetic system. The decanter base and the spherical components of the cups are fully detachable, catering to collectibility, utility, and tactile "fidget" play. The base mimics the dynamic rotation of a tumbler, creating a sense of planetary orbit. With "snap-to-fit" magnetism and free-rotation mechanics, the set breaks the functional limitations of traditional vessels, serving as a dynamic sculpture even when not in use.
