A representation of the past and future, the London Design Awards is an international competition that recognises exceptional designs and outstanding creative projects worldwide. We invite product designers, architects, interior designers, graphic designers, UX / UI designers and any designers of all background to participate, whether they are companies, team / departments, innovators, manufacturers, suppliers, freelancers, hobbyists or students.
Through the acknowledgment of existing trends that integrate with diverse insights, the London Design Awards reformulates the perspectives of the world towards this unique language, synchronising the great metropolis of London alongside concepts that symbolise excellence.
LITO is the official trophy of the London Design Awards, created to reflect the essence of design: purposeful, refined, and unafraid to challenge convention. With its clean silhouette, monochrome expression and sculpted form, the statuette captures both discipline and imagination, the foundation of every great design.
This year introduces a new element — the umbrella — a quiet yet powerful symbol of resilience and protection of ideas. It mirrors the reality of every designer’s journey: concepts tested, refined, and carried forward despite resistance or uncertainty.
Awarded to creative professionals showcasing true excellence, LITO is a recognition of process, intention and impact.
The London Design Awards offers in-depth evaluations through the enlistment of expertise it draws upon the judging community. The panel consists of honourary professionals, experienced designers, and respected experts who are handpicked from a diverse range of industries across the world, using their knowledge and category-specific skill sets in the evaluation of every submission.
It is with great gratitude and honour that we celebrate the Jury Panel for dedicating their time, knowledge, and hard work to maintain the Awards at the highest standards. The awards program will not be possible without their commitment and enthusiasm.
