NATURE MOON

Green City · Xiaolan Yuhua Pavilion is located in the core of Xiaoshan City, Hangzhou. With the concept of vertical oasis and symbiotic city, it integrates the elegance of the Southern Song Dynasty with an international perspective, creating an "ecological borderless environment". Nature is the ultimate luxury of urban life, and the 130 meter long oasis symbiotic block along the street is our new interpretation of urban natural life.

The main entrance is inspired by Ma Yuan's "Twelve Waters" painting from the Southern Song Dynasty. It combines Zhu Bingren's bronze carving intangible cultural heritage skills with modern hyperbolic shapes, creating a gateway to the fusion of Eastern aesthetics and modern craftsmanship in time and space.

The Life Hall, with a height of 5.1 meters and borderless glass, eliminates the inside and outside. The half moon curved stone facade and the still water courtyard together create a poetic practice of "holding the moon in the hand while holding water". The corridor connects the flowing ecological scroll, with water and stones intertwined and light and shadow immersed, creating a space like rice paper blending with tranquil poetry.

A 15 meter high vertically unbounded double layered elevated structure runs through the underground clubhouse, capturing flowing light and shadow with curved colorful glass to construct a social island; The underground area means "urban canyon", which attracts light and water, forming a submerged oasis in the city. The Seed Museum imbues nature with a sense of ceremony and serves as an aesthetic classroom for children to explore life.
